麻豆国产AV Letter to SCTA Regarding Accurate Communications on Fact-Finding
Sacramento, CA 鈥 The following letter was to SCTA regarding Accurate Communications on Fact-Finding: Letter to SCTA Regarding Accurate Communication on Fact Finding
Dear Mr. Fisher, Ms. Milevsky and Mr. Borsos:
It has come to our attention that the leaders of the Sacramento
City Teachers Association (鈥淪CTA鈥) are sharing incorrect
information with our employees, families and our community around
possible actions the District is able to take at the conclusion
of the current impasse and fact-finding process that we are
engaged in with SCTA. Specifically, the most recent SCTA
Messenger and other communications from SCTA give the impression
that if certificated employees do not strike, the District will
cut their pay and their health and welfare benefits. This is not
true.
The District and SCTA are required to negotiate regarding
compensation and health and welfare benefits. The successor
contract negotiations on compensation and benefits are ongoing
and impasse has not been declared for those negotiations. We want
to be crystal clear鈥攖he District cannot and will not implement
changes to the compensation or health and welfare benefits of our
certificated employees at the conclusion of this current
fact-finding process.
To the extent that you are informing SCTA unit members that the
District will cut their compensation and/or benefits at the
completion of this current fact-finding process, such information
is incorrect and we request that you discontinue providing this
incorrect information to our employees.
In the meantime, the District remains committed to working with
SCTA through successor contract negotiations to continue our
discussion of compensation, health and welfare benefits, and the
other articles that are open in those negotiations (Articles 5,
6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 21).
Sincerely,
Jorge A. Aguilar
Superintendent
